535 Incorrect Authentication Data
This error is commonly associated with mailbox file permissions in cPanel servers.
- If you have a cPanel VPS or dedicated server, you can fix this problem in root WHM by going to "Email Repair Mailbox permissions" and clicking "Proceed".
- If you have a shared hosting plan you will need to file a suport ticket at contact@explorer.com.ng
